Tantur Ecumenical Institute was founded in 1972 and is housed at the University of Notre Dame at Tantur. Beautifully situated between the historic cities of Jerusalem and Bethlehem, the Tantur Ecumenical Institute offers an oasis of learning, prayer, and hospitality within the culturally rich context of the Holy Land.
Well-known as a convener of ecumenical, interreligious, and civil society groups, including Israelis, Palestinians, and internationals, TEI welcomes participants from all over the world and complements the academic, educational, and cultural mission of the University.
